What happens after your mediation is booked
You don't have an account and you don't log in anywhere. Everything you need arrives by email, and every link in those emails opens a page made for you.
This is the order it happens in.
Straight after booking
Within a minute or two of the mediation being booked, you'll get an onboarding email. It names the case, the date and the time, and carries a link to your onboarding form.
That link is yours. Each side gets its own, and if there's more than one party on a side, each party gets its own. Don't forward it to the other side; theirs is different.
You complete your onboarding form
The form collects your contact and billing details, answers about the case, and your documents. It's what gets your invoice raised, so nothing bills until it's done.

Your invoice arrives
Once you've onboarded, an invoice is emailed to you for your share of the mediation fee. Everyone on the case pays their own share, and what that share is depends on how many parties there are.
You send your brief
Through the same onboarding form, or by email to the mediator directly if that's what they prefer.

Reminders, if anything is outstanding
If your onboarding, brief or payment is still outstanding as the date gets closer, you'll get reminders on a schedule the mediator sets. They go out on business days, and they stop as soon as the thing they're chasing is done.
Signing the agreement
Some mediators ask every party to sign a mediation agreement beforehand. If yours does, you'll get a signing request by email, and you'll be asked to sign before you can join on the day.
On the day
Your Zoom details are in your emails, and you use the join link to get in.

If anything changes
A change of date and a cancellation are both emailed to you. A change to the start time on the same day is only emailed if the mediator chooses to send it, so check with them if you're unsure what time to arrive.
