How to create an inquiry
Walkthrough video — coming soon
Log an inquiry when counsel asks about dates but isn't booking yet. It takes about thirty seconds and it's what lets you hold the dates afterwards.
1Open Inquiries and click Log New Inquiry
The button is at the top right of the page.
2Fill in the form
Three fields are required: Mediator, Name and Email. The mediator picker is limited to your roster.
The rest is optional and worth filling in anyway:
- Requesting Firm — the firm asking, e.g. Littler Mendelson
- Phone
- Case Name and Case Type
- Notes — special requests, scheduling preferences

3Save
The inquiry appears in the list. Click it to open the detail page, where you can add comments, set a follow-up, work through tasks and hold dates.
