Mediator portal Case manager panel

Every email the platform sends

Walkthrough video — coming soon

Counsel and parties never log in. Everything they receive from a case is on this page. Nothing else is sent to them.

Each email below is sent from its own template.

Who gets copied

Every party can register extra addresses (a paralegal, an assistant). How those are delivered depends on whether the mediator sits on a panel:

MediatorExtra addresses arrive as
On a case manager's panelCC on the party's own email — one email, everyone visible
StandaloneA separate copy of the same email to each address

Mediators can also register CC addresses of their own — an assistant, a scheduler. Those addresses receive their own copy of each party's booking confirmation.

Two things to plan around

The all-parties email is a panel-level switch, not a per-case one. Where it's on, each party receives two emails at booking: their own confirmation and the copy addressed to the case manager. Deleting the template does not stop the send.

There's a record of every email. Scale keeps a history of each send — the case, who received it, which email it was, and any addresses copied. That's what answers "who was told what, and when".
