Your account settings
Settings is your own record, and it's deliberately small. Three things you can change and three you can't.
What you can change
First Name, Last Name and Phone. Edit, then Save Changes; Reset puts back what was there.
Your name isn't only a label. On a panel whose emails go out under the case manager's identity, this is the name counsel sees in the From line. See How to customise the panel's email templates.
What you can't change here
Email is greyed out — it's your sign-in. Role is fixed at Case Manager. Member Since is a record, not a field.
For a change of email or password, the page points you at your administrator.
Assistants
Some panels have assistant accounts working the same desk. An assistant sees the case manager's roster and cases, and the sidebar shows whose desk they're on — Assistant of Nikki Safavi rather than a role name. An assistant editing this page edits their own record, not the case manager's.
