Your booking link
Your booking link is the page attorneys use to schedule with you. It's a public URL you can send in an email or embed on your firm's website, and it's the only thing an attorney needs — they never create an account.
Booking Link in the top navigation shows you the page exactly as they'll see it, with a Copy button for the URL beside it.
What an attorney does
The page runs in three steps, shown as a bar across the top: Date, Details, Parties.
1. Date. A month calendar with a legend: Available, Booked, Half day, On hold and Virtual only. Only dates you've opened on your Schedule are selectable. A date split diagonally is half open — one slot taken, the other free.
2. Details. Case name, case number, and a choice between In-Person and Virtual. If you've set a venue address under Profile → In-Person Venue, choosing In-Person shows it here and uses it as the case's location.
3. Parties. Names and email addresses for both sides, plus any additional parties. Everyone entered here gets their own onboarding email and their own invoice.
The rate card
The left of the page shows your half-day and full-day rates, read from Profile → Pricing. These are case totals — see How to set your rates for how they turn into per-party invoices.
Enter Corporate Code below the card lets an attorney apply a code you've issued. A code overrides the published rate with its own, rather than discounting it by a percentage.
Availability report
Availability Report produces a shareable list of your open dates. Use it when someone wants to see your openings without clicking through a calendar. The same button appears on your Schedule.
Embedding it on your website
The booking page has an embed URL as well as the standard one, so it can sit inside a page on your own site rather than sending people away from it.
