Mediation agreements and signatures

Walkthrough video — coming soon

Where a mediator uses a mediation agreement, each party has to sign it before the session. Signatures is where those requests live and where you chase the ones that haven't come back.

The list

One row per signing request: the case, the agreement used, the mediator, the party and the status. Pending and Completed counts sit next to the page title, and the filters across the top narrow by mediator, case, date range and status.

An empty list means no signing requests exist yet — they're created from cases, not from this page.

Sending a request

+ New Request at the top right raises one. Each party gets their own link; the email that carries it is Mediation Agreement — Signing Request, which is on your CM Email Templates list.

Chasing and finishing

From a row you can resend the link to every party on the case, and you can download the signed bundle once it's back. Opening the row gives you the per-party detail, including resending to one party rather than all of them.

Status is yours to set. The panel doesn't flip a request to Completed on its own when a signature arrives — you mark it.

The agreement itself

Manage Templates holds the agreement documents. You can upload a new one, edit an existing one and delete one.

What everyone gets at the end

Once every party has signed, Mediation Agreement Signed goes to all parties with a link to the fully executed PDF.
