What's on your dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. It answers three questions: what's coming up, what's outstanding on it, and what's been invoiced.
The three figures at the top
Cases, Revenue and Amount Owed, each scoped by the date filter in the top right. The filter defaults to All Time.
Revenue counts money invoiced, both paid and unpaid. Amount Owed is the unpaid part of it. In the example above, $42,000 invoiced with $26,000 still owed means $16,000 actually collected.
That distinction matters: Revenue is not your bank balance. For what's been paid, use Billing — see Billing.
Upcoming Case
The next mediation on your calendar, with its date, slot type, and a status line for each side. Beside it sit the party documents filed so far and your private mediator notes for the case.

Upcoming Cases
Your next five, with the same status dots as the Cases list.
The status dots
Each side shows three dots — Onboarding, Payment and Brief:
- Green — done.
- Yellow — due, not yet late.
- Red — overdue.
Overdue is measured against your own reminder schedule, not a fixed number of days. A payment counts as overdue once the date your first payment reminder is due has passed. See Your profile and settings for where those intervals are set.
On a case with more than two parties, a dot shows the worst state across the parties on that side. One unpaid party turns the side's payment dot red even if the others have paid.
Recent Payments
Your five most recent invoices, with who they were sent to, the case, the amount and the status. Pending means unpaid; Manually Paid means someone marked it paid outside Stripe.
